We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will be processed within 3–5 business days of placement and shipped the following day after processing is completed.
Our standard shipping time is 10–15 days. Please kindly wait patiently for updates on your logistics information.
Please note that some of our products are purely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders, we require 1–2 weeks for production, which may extend the overall delivery time.

Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so you will receive the package with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card advising you how and where to collect your delivery.
